"We wanted to bring out the deeper colors of the ocean," says Mary of the rusty red coral set dramatically against this cake's stark white exterior. She
and Brenda handcrafted branches from gum paste, coated them in tiny candies,
and then punctured each tier with minute holes for added texture.
