Hollywood couples are forgoing conventional videography and hiring cinematographers to shoot their nuptials on film. "Film is more forgiving than video and therefore more flattering," says Paul Korver, founder of Fifty Foot Films (877-343-8938), an event-cinematography company whose clients include Fred Savage, Scott Wolf and Mariska Hargitay. "You look like a movie star," he adds. Korver uses 16 mm film, as well as Super-8, which has the grainy look of an old home movie. Prices start at $5,000 for a DVD of 12 to 14 minutes. —Elizabeth Jenkins
