We unveil the hottest ideas from Hollywood weddings from Winter 2005
Trendsetting couples are opening up traditionally single-sex get-togethers, like bridal showers and bachelor parties, to both male and female guests. Planner Randie Pellegrini estimates that up to 60 percent of the couples she works with opt for coed parties. Among them Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro (left), who bid their single days goodbye at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, where bowling was one of the activities. Bridal showers are also going coed. Actress Ashley Scott hosted a sit-down dinner for 20 women at her home, then invited fiancé Anthony Scott Rhulen and a group of his male friends to join in the fun. —Wendy Manwarren
