Charlize Theron wore a thigh-high number from Collette Dinnigan to a photo call at the Venice Film Festival. "The lace was very delicate and the cut was sweet, but the fact that it showed so much leg also made it quite flirty," says her stylist Samantha McMillen. "It felt like the perfect dress for stepping off the boat in Venice." The key to looking like a lady—and not a flower girl—is a sophisticated approach to the extras. Says McMillen, "[Theron's] hair, makeup and accessories were all understated, which made her look effortlessly pretty and fresh."
