Curly Cues
Hate facing a tangle of hair tools in your bathroom? Good news: The new GHD ceramic styling iron ($195; ghdhair.com) can replace both your curling iron and your flatiron, says Shin, a stylist at Paul Labrecque salon in N.Y.C: "The plates have springs in them so the style you get depends on how you manipulate the tool." If, for example, you clamp the iron tight and roll the ends, the plates retract, allowing the hair to curl over the rounded edges of the iron (for a straight style, don't roll the ends). The GHD also heats up to 374 degrees in just seven seconds. No wonder Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow and Sienna Miller are all rolling with it.
