Lindsay Lohan

Back in 2004, Lindsay Lohan told In Style that her beauty icon was Brigitte Bardot: "She's always so beautiful, sexy and cool in every way." With so many hair color changes, though, it seems Lohan has graduated from Bardot to Madonna. She has gone from a camp shorts–wearing preteen in her breakthrough role in The Parent Trap to a celebutante in Chanel—from red to brown to blond and back again—in just eight short years. Only nineteen now, she's already eligible to join the Reinvention tour.

1998: Starring in her first feature film, The Parent Trap, Lohan, with her bright red hair and freckles, is the epitome of adorable.

Next: 2002
