Catherine Zeta-Jones

Catherine Zeta-Jones isn’t afraid of all-out glamour. "People want to see the movie star turn up," she has said of her red-carpet philosophy. Her strategy? Keep fans guessing. "One minute her hair is down, and the next, it's in a chignon cinched with a Harry Winston comb," says hairstylist Roque. "That's what's so great," he adds. "She's not stuck in one look." In fact, she always looks fresh. "Career, marriage and motherhood haven't fazed her one bit," says makeup artist Kimara Ahnert. "She's still sexy and gorgeous."

Elyssa Lee

1984: She plays the lead in London's West End production of 42nd Street. “I grew up in theater, where I dressed myself, put my wig on, took it off, brushed it through for the next day, and drove myself home,” she has said.
