Rarely a day goes by without a Paris Hilton sighting—shopping, partying, dancing on a bar, smooching a boy, partying, dancing on a bar. You get the picture. She's a whirlwind of energy, sucking people in as she spins. She's also the poster child for pure excess—in the way she lives, yes, but more in the way she dresses, her makeup, her hairstyles. Not one to shy away from skimpy outfits in screaming colors, with fake tan and theatrical-style makeup to match, Hilton says "Look at me" with gusto. And barring the few times she's gone "undercover" in a brunet wig, her platinum blonde locks turn heads from Miami to L.A. One day her hair is short, the next a nest of long extensions.
