These stars have serious fashion foresight. We witnessed a lot of shorts during the winter, paired with opaque or patterned tights and knee-high boots or the occasional mid-calf Ugg, but we didn't expect them to have legs (literally!) Shorts—as well as cropped pants—are sprouting up everywhere for spring, regardless of the occasion. Not only do you need incredible gams to pull this look off, you need to know when they look right. Heels complement the look beautifully, but flats work just as well.
