When The Film Society of Lincoln Center honored Diane Keaton, fashionable New Yorkers like Lisa Kudrow and Sarah Jessica Parker (plus a screaming crowd of bystanders) pulled out the welcome mat for the woman who made Annie Hall a Madison Avenue icon. Asked about Keaton’s style influence, Parker replied: “Oh you don’t try to compete with somebody like that...
