Courteney Cox helped pal Isla Fisher—who is engaged to Sacha Baron Cohen, aka Borat—celebrate the premiere of The Lookout at an after-party at L.A.’s Egyptian theater in Hollywood. Jodie Foster, Samantha Mathis and Carla Gugino were all on hand to fete the film, which opens this Friday.
