Powerhouse pop stars Shakira and Beyonce delivered a major dose of glamour—not to mention talent—to the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards, held at the O2 Arena in Berlin. Beyonce picked up awards for best song ("Halo"), best video (for "Single Ladies") and best female artist during the annual music fete.
