Lauren Conrad was in retail heaven when she presented a first look at her Fall 2008 collection at shopping mecca Bloomingdales in Los Angeles. With just over a week to go before the premiere of Season 4 of The Hills, Conrad announced that she will design a one-of-a-kind red carpet gown for the trophy presenter at this year's Primetime Emmy awards.
