Teen sensation Miley Cyrus took the stage in front of a record-setting audience for a special performance on NBC's Today show at Rockefeller Plaza in New York City. In a pre-concert interview, Cyrus claimed she gets disciplined just like any normal teen. "The worst is cell phones getting taken away," she said of her punishments. "It's the worst."
