American Idol's Ryan Seacrest had a close encounter of the canine kind with Access Hollywood's Maria Menounos and her pampered pooch at the Dogs Next Door event in Beverly Hills. The afternoon, hosted by Reality Cares, benefited animal rescue group Dogs in Danger.
