Carrie Underwood took a moment to reflect on the honor when she was inducted as the newest member of The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Fellow country crooner Garth Brooks (not pictured) presented Underwood with The Opry Members Award, which is made partly from the pews of the historic Ryman Auditorium, the first home of The Grand Ole Opry.
