Drew Barrymore was among the A-list actors who turned out the celebrate the best of the box office at the 19th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival in Palm Springs, California. Halle Berry, Nikki Blonsky and Emile Hirsch were among those singled out for stellar performances at the Cartier awards gala, held at the Palm Springs convention center. "I was so proud to be asked to present this award," said a sunny Barrymore when she took the stage to honor the makers of the indie hit, Juno with the coveted Vanguard award. "When I saw [the film] I couldn't stop crying, I was hysterical at the end of it. I immediately wrote the director an e-mail gushing with love."
