Adrian Grenier played host for the second annual Charity: Ball and though the champagne flowed, the beverage of choice was obvious: pure water, and more importantly, how to get it to communities that need it. "This is giving people the ability to have sustainable resources," Grenier said of the fresh water wells that Charity: Water builds throughout Africa. Guests, including co-host Jessica Stam, Isaac Mizrahi and Damien Fahey, sipped on Muddy Water Cocktails, a Grey Goose and pear martini concoction garnished with basil leaves made to look like the dirty water that millions of people worldwide are forced to drink.
