The American Civil Liberties Union had a little help from mom-to-be Halle Berry at their annual celebration to mark the anniversary of the Bill of Rights. The leading lady took to the podium at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel to present Benicio del Toro with the ACLU Bill of Rights Award.
