During a stop in Paris, Cruise popped the question over dinner in the Jules Verne restaurant high atop the Eiffel Tower. The next day in Marseille, the couple shared the news with friends, fans and plenty of photographers. "I wanted a place where any time Katie saw that place, it would remind her of us and that night," Cruise told Britain's TRL of his romantic proposal.
