Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo enjoyed some R&R in Puerto Rico over the weekend, flying in from L.A. to celebrate the El San Juan Hotel & Casino’s $125 million renovation into a South Beach-style hotspot. "This is my second time in San Juan—I performed here with 98 Degrees in the late-90s," said Lachey, who arrived hand in hand with girlfriend Minnillo at the hotel's late-night pool party on Saturday. "I love it here—the beaches are beautiful and the people are great. They really love life."
