Though Ashanti and Nelly didn't take the stage to make beautiful music—that job was left up to American Idol Ruben Studdard—they did get in on a magician's act at the 2nd Annual Black and White Ball in St. Louis, Missouri. Nelly co-hosted the event with music man Jermaine Dupri, who cut the ribbon on his new Atlanta-area club earlier in the week.
