Right after they became engaged, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott turned to L.A. event planner Jo Gartin, of Love Luck and Angels, to orchestrate a Fijian wedding for two at the island's exclusive Wakaya Club. The big day itself, May 7, 2006, began with eggs Benedict and Veuve Clicquot, followed by his-and-her massages before the ceremony, for which the couple both wore white Dolce & Gabbana. At 4 p.m., as a large conch shell trumpeted her arrival, a barefoot Spelling made her way toward McDermott across sand strewn with white frangipani blossoms. After exchanging vows, the two built sand castles.
