Demi Moore joined the other ladies to lunch on a buffet of organic dishes prepared by L.A. caterer Akasha Richmond. Among the environmentally-friendly dishes were seared tenderloin-wrapped asparagus seasoned with Balinese sea salt, a salad of mache, edible flowers and Goji berries tossed in pomegranate dressing, and grilled truffle cheese sandwiches. "Much of the produce we used came from a local market and was picked that morning," says Richmond of the farm-fresh ingredients enjoyed by Molly Sims, Linda Cardellini and Tracee Ellis Ross.
