Brett Ratner enforced a no-shoes policy, ostensibly to protect his brand-new dance floor but also, he admitted, because “when girls take off their shoes, they dance—and then they don’t leave so fast!” The director’s home club, decorated with awards and movie memorabilia, features a pool table (where Maroon 5’s Adam Levine was spotted) and a DJ area lined with music. But who needs a fancy abode when there are Victoria’s Secret models to look at? “Most of my married friends were not there,” said the director. “My friends’ wives didn’t really want their husbands to celebrate with the models!”
