17: SECOND ANNUAL PINK PARTY

"It's such a fun environment—a good sort of energy and light," Lake Bell enthused. Guests snacked on pink-frosted cookies and cupcakes, and cotton candy-flavored jelly beans. Lingerie-clad dancers gyrated on a pool-top dance floor. “I wouldn’t have the guts to be up there dancing like that,” said Michelle Trachtenberg. “But at least they’re wearing pink while they’re shaking it!” Nicole Richie, clad in a fanciful Pucci dress, admitted that she wasn’t fond of the color du jour: “I mean, I love it for the party. It’s great, but not on me.” Thankfully, however, there were plenty of guests who felt otherwise. "I love pink," Melina Kanakaredes said. "I have two little girls—I'd better love pink!"
