Meryl Streep, at left with Erika Christensen, was honored with the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award at the 15th annual Hollywood Reporter Women in Entertainment Power 100 Breakfast, held at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Maggie Gyllenhaal and Maria Bello both took to the podium to give keynote speeches as Michelle Trachtenberg, Thandie Newton, Natasha Henstridge, Rachael Leigh Cook, Hayden Panettiere and others dined on a salmon-egg scramble, home fries and plenty of coffee. Luckily, Streep was not in charge of organizing the post-event cleanup. "I can't believe I'm getting a leadership award," she said. "I can't even get people to put their dishes in the dishwasher!"
