As the daughter of Mod Squad icon Peggy Lipton and legendary producer Quincy Jones, Rashida Jones has some pretty impressive genes. The comic actress, known for her roles in The Office and Parks and Recreation, takes her beauty cues from her famously ageless mother. "I pretty much borrow my entire beauty regime from my mom," she told People, "so that when I'm her age, I can look how she looks." Aside from layering on the creams ("You don't know how many times the word 'moisturizer' is thrown around in our conversations."), Jones keeps her mood light: "Smiling is definitely one of the best beauty remedies. If you have a good sense of humor and a good approach to life, that's beautiful."
