Zooey Deschanel sure knows how to put her face on. The bangs-sporting star models her crimson lipstick and liquid liner after Old Hollywood icons like Ginger Rogers and Brigitte Bardot and then ups the whimsy factor with extra-long false eyelashes and fanciful hair toppers. Though the The New Girl actress fills her makeup bag with products from lines like Rimmel London (of which she's a face), she keeps her skincare regimen simple, using plain old Coppertone sunblock and Cetaphil cleanser. Says Deschanel, "I'm much more crazy about makeup than other products."

The high school junior hit the heavy liner for, as she called it, a "Brigitte Bardot French new wave look."
