When your mom's a beautician—as is the case with Penelope Cruz—you get a head start creating signature looks. "She understands the whole process," says makeup artist Rachel Goodwin. "She knows what works for her: sexy makeup and hair that doesn't look overdone." For the Oscar winner, that means a bit of smoky shadow, a dab of gloss and the occasional bold lip. As one of Cruz's hairstylists, Danilo, says, "Whatever she does, it's classic." This month, Cruz skips the camera and voices a guinea pig in the animated feature, G-Force. Bound to be classic!
