"Dressing for the red carpet is fantasy time, but in my day-to-day life, I'm very grungy." In truth, the British beauty wears her high-contrast good looks with absolute ease. "Rachel's hair matches her personality," her hairstylist Mark Townsend has said. "It's not overdone, not super-fussed-over. And she's incredibly approachable and sweet." Not to mention talented—the actress picked up an Oscar for her role in The Constant Gardener and can soon be spotted in Oz: The Great and Powerful. Talk about a fairy tale!
