She's only 23, but Hilary Duff has been in the public eye for more than a decade. As a child star on Lizzie McGuire, she had a refreshingly down-to-earth take on hair and makeup. "I'm just a normal girl," she told People at the time. "Some days I think I'm beautiful, and other days I think there is nothing that can help me." Even a decade into her career, this "normal girl" continues to surprise, this year alone sporting everything from feather-threaded auburn locks to blunt bangs to sun-kissed waves. And, guess what?
