Before finding solo album success, Keri Hilson was known for her big-name collaborations with artists like Timbaland, Usher and Britney Spears. As it turns out, she takes the same tact with her hair. "Maisha Oliver is my stylist. We have a great collaboration of creative minds!" she told Essence. "I usually have some idea of what I want to do, but her improvisations are what make my styles so unique." No wonder her styles are such showstoppers.

The songwriter scored a hit as a guest vocalist on Timbaland's "The Way I Are" and sported long side-swept fringe with toffee highlights.
