As Rachel Berry on Glee, Lea Michele gets to showcase her crack comic timing and incredible pipes, but she doesn't get to experiment much in the beauty department. Luckily, she's got stylist Mark Townsend to make her hair dreams come true. "I knew I wanted to work with Lea the second I saw the Glee pilot in the fall," he told us. "We share a similar aesthetic and find the same things beautiful." Things like gravity-defying updos and trendsetting bangs (both real and faux). As Townsend said, "Lea loves to play around with different hair looks."

By the time she attended Tenafly High School in New Jersey, Michele was already a Broadway success.
