Katie Cassidy has a background in no-holds-barred beauty. "In high school, I went through a gothic phase, where my hair was blond, maroon and black and I had spikes coming out of my ears," says Cassidy. "Finally, I came to my senses and realized that it's fine to be natural and normal." That's not to say that the Monte Carlo actress won't brave a range of found-in-nature hair colors from chestnut to honey-blond to ginger. (Or turn down a bit of assistance in the smile department—she recently became a spokeswoman for Crest 3D Whitestrips!) Just don't expect her to go maroon again: "I think really, really dark is good for me or blond—in between it gets a little funny."

The daughter of '70s sensation David Cassidy, she starred in local theater productions and was a cheerleader at Calabasas High School.
