"I've always been really into makeup," 90210's Jessica Stroup has told InStyle. "Growing up, I was the one who would do everyone's liquid eyeliner before we'd go out." It's no wonder then that the do-it-yourselfer has chosen to highlight her baby blues with ever-shorter haircuts, not to mention a makeup trick or two: "I'm a huge fan of the outer eye 'flick.' [A wing] really opens up the eye."
