"For me, January's look is all about those late '60s eyelashes," said makeup artist Rachel Goodwin, who worked with the star for the Chanel and Charles finch pre-Oscar party. "Her dress had a bohemian, '60s feel to it so we ran with it." Goodwin layered different lengths of individual lashes on top of a stripe of black liquid liner for an impactful look that still felt soft.
