No one has rocked a headband quite like Leighton Meester. As queen bee Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl, the Florida-born beauty has inspired thousands to try out the once prim accessory. But when not playing the ultimate uptown girl, Meester is less manicured and more come hither. "For me I'd have to say Leighton's signature look would be dark sultry eyes and soft kissable lips," says her makeup artist Chris Colbeck. He alternates between this classic combo and pastel shadows that highlight her chocolate eyes. Says Colbeck, "She's blessed with perfect features, but I find her deep brown eyes mesmerizing."

"I was a late bloomer," Meester has said of her time at Beverly Hills High School.
