Katherine Heigl loves changing her hair. "I've been auburn, chocolate brown, and darker blond with big chunky streaks," the star has said. But when it comes to styling her currently platinum coif, the One For the Money lead is pretty low-maintenance. "All I ever do is throw it in a bun." She keeps the long mane manageable by combing Kerastase conditioner in it daily "so it doesn't turn into a big dreadlock." And, although she loves to try the latest products ("I love everything new"), she prefers to play up her natural beauty with low-key looks: "I like simple hair and makeup."
