With her heart-shaped face, peachy complexion, wide-set eyes and lion’s mane of hair, Kate Beckinsale is a true English rose. But, she swears, it wasn't always like that. "I was a funny-looking baby. I had a gigantic head and was kind of chunky," she told In Style. "I was not a child you'd use to advertise food products." These days the star of the Underworld series has more confidence in her looks. "I'm happiest with myself now, in my 30s," she has said. It's no wonder—Beckinsale blooms on the red carpet with Brigitte Bardot-inspired updos and shimmery '60s makeup. Not to mention: "I've finally grown into my teeth!"
