The cautious approach of hairstylist Robert Ramos. "He knows how to treat my hair so it doesn't get ruined," Alba has said. And along with easing the star from blond to brunet, he's responsible for the sleek bob that's perfect for her latest role—working mom!

Alba tried out a fun '20s-inspired look for the premiere of Never Been Kissed. She has joked, "When I first started wearing makeup, I went overboard."
