Full, wavy and the perfect shade of red, Connie Britton's locks have been her best accessory in hit series from Friday Night Lights to American Horror Story to Nashville. On the latter ABC drama, she wears her hair in high-volume styles perfectly suited to her country superstar character. "[We] do a lot of big hair, a lot of girly hair," Britton told InStyle.com. "One of my best friends said to me, 'That's not really your hair, is it?' I said, 'How dare you?!' I was almost more offended that somebody thought it wasn't really my hair than somebody maybe thinking it wasn't me singing." It stands to reason—who wouldn't want credit for having hair that good?

After graduating with an Asian Studies degree from Dartmouth, Britton made her debut in The Brothers McMullen before landing a role on Spin City.
