With fiery red hair, a sultry voice and that body, Ann-Margret began her career as the hip-swiveling, heartbreaking "female Elvis." Yet, after a decades-long career that included countless films, a blockbuster Vegas act and numerous award nominations, this triple-threat is clearly no lightweight. "There's a lot more to me than just sex," she once told Interview. "I'm actually tough at heart—I'm a Taurus and a Swede and I've been earning my own living since I've been 13." Famously, the redhead barely survived a 22-foot fall off of a Lake Tahoe set in 1972, only to return to the stage ten weeks later. Now 71, the still-stunning star continues to make comeback after comeback, even scoring her first Emmy in 2010 for a role on SVU.
