A little bit hip-hop, a little bit Hollywood, Fergie has gone from being an angelic blond Kids Incorporated actress to tomboy Black Eyed Peas frontwoman to ultra-G.L.A.M.O.R.O.U.S. solo star. "Fergie has always been a chameleon when it comes to her fashion and beauty style," says her makeup artist, AJ Crimson. "She has never been afraid to take her own risks." Indeed the inventive singer has colored her long hair every hue from baby blond to gothic brunette and sported both elaborate braided hairdos and soft waves. "Fergie is very involved in creating her looks," says makeup artist Torsten Witte, who also works with the star. However, when off-duty, she favors a look that's both hip-hop and Hollywood: "Sunglasses—that's my day makeup. A good pair and you're set."

Fergie was a cheerleader at Glen A. Wilson High School in Hacienda Heights, California.
