In the past decade, Courteney Cox has lightened up a little. "I've simplified everything,” says the star. Hairstylist Chris McMillan agrees: "Dark hair really makes her blue eyes stand out, but before, her hair was black. Now it's dark brown and less harsh." That’s not the only thing that’s gone soft. "I used to use a black liquid eyeliner on her,” says makeup artist Beth Katz. “Now I use shadows for a smoky, softer look." And friends of the Cougar Town lead see her as a natural woman. "Her beauty is so striking," pal Jennifer Aniston has raved, "but what's inside blows the beauty out of the water.”
