DO IT YOURSELF Makeup artist Tom Pecheux swept a mix of black pencil and powder along the top lids, then added trimmed down false lashes to the bottom lids only. Add a few clusters of individual lashes to your bottom lashline for a punky, sexy effect—and keep in mind, you may need to cut them a touch so they're not clunky or oversized.
