For the New York signing of her new book Devoted, hairstylist Marcus Francis worked with the expectant Duff to create an ultra-glamorous 'do. Francis says, "Hilary and I are always drawn to the glamour of Brigitte Bardot. I wanted to recreate that iconic volume, polished off with an edgy leather headband for a sweet/sexy combo."
