Conrad worked a dip-dyed ponytail at the L.A. signing of her book The Fame Game. "Lauren wore a spiked collar and wanted a dip-dyed fuchsia pony to offset the look with girly-ness," her hairstylist Kristen Ess told InStyle.com. "She asked for the color about an hour before the event. We literally dipped her hair into a bowl of semi-permanent color in the kitchen sink, then styled her hair into a bouncy Barbie ponytail!"
