Naomi Watts' Soft Blue Liner

Always one to stun in her classic beauty looks, Naomi Watts carried some of the sparkle from her sequined Armani Privé gown into her makeup, opting for silver shadow and a pale, shimmery lip. "We loved the Art Deco vibe of the dress, which evoked the Chrysler Building in its statuesque feeling," said her makeup artist Pati Dubroff, who used Chanel's Illusion D'Ombre shadows in Fantasme and Epatant ($36 each; chanel.com) on the star's lids. "I wanted to focus the power on Naomi's gorgeous eyes."
