WHY WE LOVE IT A face-framing ringlet usually has a prom night preciousness, but Anne Hathaway’s Frederic Fekkai hairstylist Adir Abergel made the star’s version sophisticated and modern. (He was inspired by the Edwardian era.) Swooping the hair over the ears instead of slicking it behind them lent a relaxed elegance to the look, and since the pieces in front were whisper soft, they were delicate, not overdone.
